Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna Enjoyed a Casual FaceTime After Her Public Intoxication Arrest

Today marks another strange chapter in the ongoing Jane Austen-novel-as-retold-by-Kurt-Vonnegut that is Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna’srelationship. Until this morning, the new couple had been content merely to make America feel ashamed for knowing so much about the Kardashian family that they patently understood why Kylie Jenner would stop speaking to Rob for dating Chyna (1., see below).
But apparently, twisting the knife in the collective Kardashian side is no longer enough for Rob and Chyna, a modern-day Bonnie and Clyde if reimagined by a drunk David Lynch. The troublemaking pair have set their sights on a new frontier: America’s friendly skies.
On Friday, Chyna was arrested at the Austin airport on charges of public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance, according to People. Chyna was flying from Los Angeles to London for a “personal appearance,” but, as People ominously tells it, “she never made it to her final destination.” Even though that sentence makes it seem like she disappeared into thin air during her flight and was never seen or heard from again, in reality the 27-year-old model was detained in Texas after being “belligerent” with flight attendants.
Hours after her high-flying adventure, Chyna was back on Instagram, posting a “#FreeChyna” (2.) hashtag with the caption “When Zaddy (3.) holds u down no matter what 😍☘.”
Soon thereafter, Rob was “standing by his new lady,” sharesPeople, by posting a screenshot of a FaceTime conversation with Chyna. Rob’s post was a loud, unmistakable statement to his sisters, to innocent air travelers, to America at large. The caption this time? “👹👹”

Blac Chyna Arrested at Austin, Texas, Airport for Public Intoxication

Blac Chyna was arrested for public intoxication on Friday, January 29, upon landing at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in Texas, the Austin Police Department confirms to Us Weekly.
TMZ reports that police boarded her plane and arrested Chyna after she allegedly got drunk and disrupted the flight from L.A. One eyewitness told the site that she argued with a flight attendant on the plane.
Chyna was en route to London and had a layover in Austin. According to TMZ, she was taken into custody at the airport and booked for public intoxication. The Austin PD tells Us there may be other charges pending.

The Travis County Sheriff's website later showed that Chyna was also charged with possession of a controlled substance of one gram or more but less than four grams.
Chyna has been dominating headlines for several days now, ever since she posted a photo of herself in the embrace of a man who turned out to be Rob Kardashian, whose sister Kylie Jenner is dating Chyna's exTyga. Chyna and Tyga have a 3-year-old son, King Cairo.
Given her complicated history with the Kardashian-Jenner crew -- she also used to be friends with Kim Kardashian but is now BFFs with Kardashian rival Amber Rose -- the new romance came as a bit of a shock. A source told Us Weekly the family was "in a bind" trying to be supportive of Rob and sensitive to Kylie.
Asked whether she cared what they thought of the relationship, Chyna told TMZ earlier on Friday, "Of course I care. I love all of them."

This is the latest major exclusive Drake has dropped on Apple Music, thanks to an exclusive deal with the streaming service. His mixtape with Future, What a Time to Be Alive was previewed the last time Drake hosted OVO Sound Radio, and his Meek Mill diss track "Charged Up" and the hit single "Hotline Bling" also made their debuts on Beats 1. As for Views From The 6, Drake says the album will be released this April.

Members of the Screen Actors Guild proved far more inclusive than their film academy counterparts Saturday night, honoring a diverse array of actors during their annual awards show at the Shrine Auditorium — and making a pointed contrast to #OscarsSoWhite.
Most of the awards being accepted by people of color were for television performances with one prominent exception — Idris Elba, who won the supporting actor prize for his role in the Netflix film “Beasts of No Nation.”
Elba's failure to secure an Oscar nomination helped fuel this year's continued backlash against the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, which for the second year in a row did not nominate any people of color for its 20 acting nominations.
Elba, who later in the evening won a second award for his turn as a self-destructive detective on BBC America's TV crime drama “Luther,” summed up the tone of the evening onstage with this play on words: “Welcome to diverse TV.”
The night also added a bit of intrigue to the Oscar race for best picture. The journalism drama “Spotlight” took the movie ensemble award, one week after Adam McKay's anarchic financial meltdown dramedy “The Big Short” won the top honor from the Producers Guild.
That suggests it's a two-way race at the Oscars Feb. 28, since the choices by these two guilds frequently point to the academy's ultimate winner.

Drake is taking some playful jabs at two of his favorite rappers, Jay Z and Kanye West, over the track produced by Noah "40" Shebib, Boi-1da, and CuBeatz, rapping "I used to wanna be on Roc-A-Fella, then I turned into Jay / Now I got a house in LA / Now I got a bigger pool than Ye / and look man, Ye’s pool is nice / Mine's just big is what I'm saying."
Even the human inspiration machine that is DJ Khaled makes an appearance at the end of the track. It's an excellent start to what is easily the most important album of Drake's career.
